SVM has a talented pool of designers and craftsmen. New designs for the season are created on the basis of fashion forecasts and the feed back of its buyers. Its design team experiments with fabrics, colors and trimmings to create scarves and garments in line with contemporary fashion trends .

Its well equipped sampling section is fully capable of producing scarves and garments as per the exact specifications of its buyers 

Product Spectrum

Quality is a tangible aspect of scarves and garments produced with utmost care and passion. At SVM, a lot goes into the making of scarves and garments that look good and feel good for a long time 

SVM  has a number of specialized machines at its disposal. Its highly skilled and multi-tasking work force has been trained to produce flaw  material for both are sourced form most reputed vendors.

The product line consists of woven and kids in better sportswear, 40% of SVM’s production is of imported fabric. It manufactures scarves and garments for kids, men  and women.      

SVM is fully equipped to handle fabric like Denims, Twill, Silks, viscose, Chambray, knitts, Georgettes, Cords, Linens, Poplins, Yarn Dyes and Polyesters.

Different types of washing on Denims is a specialty. Specialized washing is carried out in its spacious and hazard free washing bays within its premises. 

Quality Control

Quality is an inherent and integral part of SVM work culture. It is an all encompassing phenomena. Its QC team is an autonomous body that checks, inspects and monitors quality at various stages of production.

Before starting production, a trial run is conducted to identify bottlenecks if any. This ensures smooth production with a lesser rate of rejection the fabric inspection is done by 4 point system.

Then a random check is carried out by SVM’s QC  team on the finished and packed scarves and garments of the first lot besides the daily on-line inspection at each stage of production.     

After SVM’s QC team okays the order, the final inspection of the shipment is carried out at 2.5 AQL level.

International Testing Agencies like SGS, TUV, Intertek, conduct tests on fabrics, garments and trims as per the buyer’s specifications and provide reports.
The entire QC operations are also closely monitored by SVM’s management on daily basis
